What do you think of your boss?

I love my boss! I too have been very lucky - only had 1 or 2 bad ones out of the whole bunch. My boss now is easy to talk to, understanding, good at giving direction, doesn't micro-manage. She's also one of the most fair people I've ever met, even when she'd rather play favorites.

I've learned a lot from her and I'm really glad I work for her.

My real boss is great, I work for a Professor and he is the best. He is really into education and I respect that. Now the administrative one, which is different the one who deals more with details like time sheets and job descriptions etc is the worst. I think because she really isn't important in this scenario so she tries to make herself important. She gave me an evaluation based on 10 minutes of observations. After being here for 8 years and carrying the burdent of the program. She is a jerk and makes petty criticisms.
