Do you take breaks at work? Or throughout the day? If you're finding that you're getting stressed out and not getting your work done, try taking a 15 minute break every 2 hours. Get up, go to the bathroom, go get some coffee, chat with your co-worker, ANYTHING to take your mind off of work for just a few minutes.

I know it's counter-intuitive, but you'll find that you'll be much more productive and be able to focus on your work/studies, etc if you take breaks, and in the long run it ends up saving yourself time because you made less mistakes, spent less time worrying, and spent more time being productive.
