I usually call it by it's brand name... coke for a coke, pepsi for pepsi, lemonade for lemonade etc and you get my point.
I call squirty juice mixed with water "juice" and fresh fruit juice is also "juice".
I have to be careful though because I'm from south Africa so everything I offer my stepson has to be thought about pretty well before I ask him if he wants something... once I offered him a juice and he thought he was getting a soda (which is very banned in my house when he's there... he gets very hyperactive at even the mere thought of soda!) and then cried for two hours because I gave him fresh mango juice instead.... apparently he doesn't "do" fresh juice because it's got bits in it! He's 5 people... he'll have what I give him... choices don't happen in my house!"
