OK different topic.
I have a student that never appeared on my roster. Last class period she was insistant that she had registered and she was in the correct class. She printed something off and showed it to me.
I contact Records and Registration this week concerning this and they said that she is not registered this semester at all. What's worse is that they don't have a phone number or an email for me to contact her with prior to next class.
It's too late for her to register. Registration for this semester stopped just over a week ago. So in short I have to kick her out of the class since she's not registered.
If she shows up to the next week, how do I go about telling her without being witchy? I would hate to kick her out and a) Embarrass her and b) accidentally be witchy and prevent her from ever coming back again.
Also, I think the thing she showed me was a copy of what was in her "shopping cart" from online, rather than a full registration. What gets me too is that it listed her in another class. Why hasn't the teacher mentioned anything to her???
