Stuffed crab, roasted potatoes, and a salad full of veggies. Tomorrow is coconut and macadamia Mahi-Mahi - grilled or baked, haven't decided, probably another salad and corn.
With a huge glass of ice tea, I am addicted to iced tea.

Last night was Kale soup. I have no clue what tonight what be.
Thursday i always have something quick and easy because i do my housework as soon as i get in from work, plus tonight i'm at the hair salon so i'll be even later in finishing
I've got a stuffed crust pizza in the fridge so i'll pop that in the over while i vacuum

I grew kale in the garden this year and made 3 batches of the soup. Every time I take a container out of the freezer Aaron mentions how much he loves it. I think I will have to buy some kale this winter and make it again.
