He is a rescue that a client had abused, starved and neglected his hair to the point the matting was so bad he had to be shaved down. He was very close to skin rot. Obviously there is black and white lol but I sware I can see other colors lol

Awwww, poor kitty!  From the pics, it looks like a calico to me, but male calicos are rare from what I understand.  Are you sure this is a male?

And what is his story?  Who is this "client" and what's the cat's current situation?  Since he or she has been rescued, sounds like things should be looking up soon!

Oh he is definetly male lol has a penis but no nads . We decided to keep him. I am a pet groomer and was ask to shave him down, they said they rescued him by as I started shaving their story changed a lot. He has become a loved family member allowing shaving and bathing. And brushing. He is very loving.

As I shaved the hair I seen how skinny he was and dehydrated , the girls quickly offered to give him to me once they ask me if it would be a crime if they hadn't rescued him.
