Can anyone tell me what breed my cat I rescued I have been told a few breeds now so want some opinions

  Being short hair, we must guess on a look alike to a siamese old type, nowadays called for Thai.  Seal point with white.

But most probably she is a domestic, seal point with white.

If the fur is longish (I dont see the tail) the guess would probably be as a look alike to a Birman - whom are renown for their white socks.  We usually dont say mitted or with white for Birmans, but essentially they are - because the white socks are part of their breed description.
