the "breed" is domestic short hair, "moggie".  Which is normal, 97% of cats arent any especial breed.

The pattern is Tortoise with white.  I suppose you could also say  Tortoise tuxedo, as the coloured part looks like a jacket/coat on him.

When they say Tuxedo, they often mean black and white, but as said, I suppose you can say this about other colors of the coat as well.

Very pretty cat.

  Stefan is right    she is a "domestic shorthair".   And I agree she is a very pretty cat.  I especially like that first photo. 

The pattern is Tortoiseshell and White ( or Tortie and White ) ,  and this particular version of Tortie & White  ( where there is a lot of white and the black-based color and red-based color are in fairly big distinct patches) would be called Calico by some people in the U.S,.  ( though really,  by the more strict definition in CFA breed standards,   Calico has more white. )

Your cat looks like a calico... i have a cat just like that, and shes a domestic short hair calico.:kitty3:
