We got him from a shelter and under breed it said domestic shorthair/mix. A few people have said it looks like he has some Devon Rex in him and someone else said he could have Bengal in him?? If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated :-)

Look at those paws!  Going to be a big boy.

Most cats in the US are Domestics.  That's a catch-all term for a cat of mixed ancestry...a mutt cat, if you will.  They are classified by hair length--Domestic Short Hair, Medium Hair, or Long Hair.  Your boy is a short haired cat so that makes him a DSH, or Domestic Short Hair.

He may be part just about anything...but it's impossible to know.  My guess is that he's probably just a good-looking mutt cat with nothing in particular in his ancestry.  His coloring is very nice--brown tabby with nice, defined stripes.  I don't see anything that screams Bengal or Devon Rex, personally, but that doesn't make him any less special or deserving of love and a great home.
