I usually eat a low-cal cereal (like Fiber One Honey Clusters- SOO GOOD) and some coffee. Today I was feeling like I wanted something warm so I nuked an Amy's Breakfast burrito (whole wheat tortilla with beans, tofu, tomatoes and spices, YUM). I also usually drink a packet of Emergen-C in a glass of water.
Sometimes I'll have cottage cheese instead of cereal, and every once in a blue moon I'll go out and get pancakes or an omelette or something.
