Oh boy, I will probably sound so vain for sharing this...but here is what is driving me nuts while I'm making my plans for the next semester.
(the title was my own sarcasm making fun of myself for worrying over something like this in case you're wondering why it's so dramatic
)
So I've been OCD about taking care of my hair ever since I cut it a few months ago, I cut a lot of damage out and I want to grow it again, but I am trying to keep it really healthy. I have to say I am SO proud of my hair, after I stopped using anything with sulfates and washing it as rarely as I can (2 times a week) and using a heat protective spray each time I blow dry it, it has this natural shine, it isn't as frizzy and I am just so excited because I've always had the frizziest hair.
Anyway, my goal for this semester is to do a cardio work out every day....I don't know HOW I can work out without washing my hair every day
It just isn't going to be possible. So I don't know what to choose, what's good for my hair or what's good for my body??? I mean, I am generally not really obsessed with my appearance but this isn't just about my appearance anyway, I've been working so hard to get my hair to be what it is and it just means a lot to me..
Does anyone have any tips on what to do to keep hair as healthy as possible when working out??? I would appreciate it very much...
