I hope you don't think I was trying to talk you into making your own. I think "easing" into raw feeding by feeding commercial products first is a great way to go. I fed Feline's Pride for about a year before I started making my own. It took me that long to get comfortable with the idea of making my own!Yep - works for you. For now? This works for me.
No, not at all! I'm leaning towards moving toward frankenprey. My cats DEFINITELY do not like NV. But I think, really, they don't like ground, bone-in meals, as they love the fresh meat. :nod: But I'm still in the process of getting comfortable, and they're still getting used to it. 
And yes, the commercial raws make that process SO much easier!
