Meow Meow doesn't like the Shelba web food anymore and only wants the Delectables squeeze up. Is there any kind of wet food close to this that I might be able to try?

Delectable Squeeze Ups are rather 'soupy' (puree), so you might try some of the mousse cat foods. Tiki Cat Mousse might be one to check into. And, try to keep the 'extra' ingredients, besides vitamins/minerals, down to a minimum.

Just to be sure you know Delectables squeeze ups are a treat, not a food. That said, I use Churu.
Weruva makes a wet food called OMG Gravy. It's very soupy. Good brand, too. My cat is super picky and she loves it.

Our pickier cat loves this Nulo silky mousse food. Her nonpicky sister says it's okay. The price is relatively high but it all gets eaten and (big bonus!) it doesn't have any tapioca, potato starch, or other carby thickener.
