Is there some way I can preserve it? In the fridge? My kittens wont eat the whole can. They usually eat 2/3 of it. So what do I do with the rest? Refrigerate and then when I need to use again microwave and add water?
I put it in the fridge than mic it a little bit and just mush it up shouldnt need to add water

Unused wet cat food should be refrigerated, like any other perishable items. Most brands of canned cat food will say on the label something like "Refrigerate unusued portion."

It's in very small letters, maybe that's why people don't do it.
