On chewy it says phos dry matter 3 oz can is .57%

For a 6oz can phos is .57%
Doesn't make sense
Which is correct?

On the 6 oz can it may mean "per serving". 3oz can is 1 serving for many cats, so a 6oz can would be 2 servings.

That's correct: DMB is the same for any amount. A dry matter figure refers not to daily intake of phosphorus but to the composition of the food itself. (To use a very simplified explanation, a cup of sugar is 100% sugar and a teaspoon of sugar is 100% sugar. Sugar is sugar no matter how much of it you have.)
