The guys came in tonight to assemble the elliptical.....they are fast.

I did ten minutes; five front and five backward. My knee feels fine. But my doctor told me to take it really easy and only work on it every other day for a week or two, then gradually increase it to every day. Then gradually increase the time, largely because of the issues with my knee. So I will be careful.

The elliptical is great!
I can plug my ipod in, if I don't want to watch tv. Fan speeds. Several routines, the inclines, etc.

We are going to get along very well.

Congrats on the new elliptical!

I'm not a fan of them, they hurt my knees, and I prefer treadmills. We used to use them at the gym when we had a membership. I'm surprised hubby picked a treadmill over one because he's more of an elliptical fan.

Have fun with it!
