Thank you everyone!! Good things certainly do come in threes....so it was too much to hope that we would get the amazing house we applied for...and we didn't

BUT that only means there's a better one out there for us to have a big ripper engagement/housewarming party in!!!

I go to negotiate my salary/working package this morning with the new job - hopefully the luck will hold!
