Weird nose spots

Hi! It’s been a while since I’ve noticed that my cat is starting to grow some black spots on his nose.
His nose used to be totally pink and now he has some black spots that seem to be getting bigger!
Should I be concerned?

His original nose color: (When he was a kitten)

When I noticed the spot: (1 year old)

Today: (3 years old)

He's a darling orange boy, which means you should be seeing spots on the inside of his lips too. Benign like freckles as long as you don't see a raised spot. Then talk to your vet
