Weird crusty spay tattoo

Im not too concerned about it since it hasn’t got worse and it doesn’t seem to bother her but it just looks odd. Trying to find pictures that look similar but im having a hard time trying to understand why exactly it looks like this. Has anyone else’s cat had this before? It looks and feels like a crusty scab.

That looks like maybe there was a little skin reaction . I wouldn’t worry to much and just leave it alone until she goes in for a recheck provided it forsnt get worse.

thank you! It doesn’t look any worse today and it still doesn’t seem to be bothering her so i think it should be just fine.
