I am on a strange diet ...
...
It is learning to eat right for my blood type... At first I thought it was just another wierd science thing... But in about 10 days I have shed 8 lbs and feel way better than I have in yrs... I do loss and gain fast so I am not worried about the fast loss... I have also regained the tone in my calfs and my Bulging girl biceps are back
Goal
to keep lowering the avoid foods ... To eat more benificial foods ... The trouble is I should eat meats and veggies with little to no carbs...Oh and eating meat poultry and fish at nearly every meal is tough ... Since by nature I eat meat once a day to every other day...
exercise as my jts stop hurting... other than walking ...
