Definitely country, but with a major city within a two hours' drive.

Country. our street was the last one on this side of the city but they added another housing tract on a couple years ago

l definitely prefer country living. l wouldn't mind if there were no people or places for miles around.

Unfortunately l live in a suburb of a city, with busy streets and way too many people.
