Webcam advice

Hi Everyone

So I need to invest in a webcam of sorts, it has to have the following

1. It needs to be "reasonably priced" ($20 or less)

2. It needs to be adjustable with a clip (to place on Laptop)

3. It needs to have a Microphone built in

What one should I get? Do you have a favorite?

Not sure if you can find that one where you live, but it works pretty good. It has all 3 things you want, plus a light so you can use it at night. I think it was on sale the week I got it for $10.

I love all HP webcams.This one captures in 1080p its widescreen (SUCH an amazing difference)

Mine has a light on it but thats because I bought one that clips on next to it.
