Well, it's definitely good that he's eating.

I would have had words to say to the vet.. but then I'm spoiled by my vet, who I think is the ultimate in vets.. he knows every one of my kitties by name, and with the right pronounciation, even. And.. while no one else in the office can get the names right, at least Dr. B can. They even sent him a get well soon card (signed by all the kitties).. and Dr. B knew exactly who it was from even though we didn't put the human's names on it.

Anyway, I can't imagine that the vet was scared, especially if he's a livestock vet.. I mean, we'd be talking about stallions and bulls.. and they're a lot meaner than kitties.

I wish I could clone Dr. B and give a version of him to everyone on TCS. He's just the best.

He was quite vile in that respect.
I would still say something. Your paying for a service, and part of that service is to have a bedside manner with you and your pet

When i had to register with a new vets after we moved out the area, i interviewed 3 vets surgeries and only one made me feel comfortable.

My new vet was lovely with the girls because i didn't have Jack then, and i told her that i was pleased she fussed over them while she examined them because that's important to me.

Kitty says he`s feeling alot better today so all the good vibes have worked.
He was looking a bit poorly last night but he woke me up again at 6 to say he was hungry and I should get up and feed him if I love him

I sent the e-mail to the vets yesterday and I got one back today from the practice manager saying they were sorry Kitty needed to attend the night clinic and they will look into my concerns with the vet

Kitty is sending you all a
back as he is such a bad bad scary cat

More for Kitty! That vet sounds like he has an odd sense of humor, and is definitely not that place's "feline specialist".

Aww, bless you all

It does mean an awful lot to me as I went back to work today and was fretting about him. Think I really annoyed everyone as every sentence started, 'Kitty....'
They keep saying I`m not wired up right so it`s great people here understand so Thank you all!

I hope that vet is spoken to and Susan your right, I paid £83 for my cat to be treated sympathetically and proffessionally even if he was a bit wild. That`s how cats behave when their scared poopless
