I took Henry my 2 yr old to the vets today because he only pees outside in front of the litter box. This has been going on for quite some time. Blood work was taken and waiting on results however the vet feels it is behavioral. We have 3 cats. One senior, and a 2 yr old female. All cats all fixed. I have 4 litter boxes in separate rooms none have lids. We experience no cat fighting and never have. Occasional Henry will try to play with the seniors tail and Jack bats at him never claws out. We don't know why this is going on but except it's part of Henry. However we are looking for advice on ways to perhaps stop it although according to the vet it probably won't. He did advise lower non covered litter boxes. Any ideas?
