After his surgery he returned home and appeared to do very well, walking more each day, but still not his old self.
We needed to take him back to stay at the vet for 1 week while we were away. (He was checked by the vet at this time and also has an appointment in a few weeks). After picking him up from that stay, his progress seemed to reverse. I assume that he was resting too much and wasn't walking. The vet said he was recovering very well and that he should be supervised while outside.
He isn't walking as much as before and now he seems to be lazy. We were thinking that maybe the bad weather we're currently experiencing had something to do with it. He also refuses to use his litter box as he is used to going outside.
As you can see, we have several issues that we are dealing with. Just wondering if anyone on the forum has any ideas.
