I have had good results with Carpon and I copied the link below. When I did that I noticed he raised the price $5.00 dollars a bottle and it was already pricey at 21.95. You might want to try this, and I think I am going to start looking for something else.

Just noticed Carpon is one of the products sold on Dr. Wendell Belfield's website. He's the vet whose article on vitamin C I'd posted a link for in that other topic on UTIs, the one I gave 2furbabies the link for, since the section in his article on vitamin C explains why that works for UTIs.

This is the link to the article I'd posted in that other topic

http://www.seanet.com/~alexs/ascorba...-v2-n3-p10.htm

The bio on his website

http://www.belfield.com/bio.html

lists the article, too, and has a link to it, but it's to a PDF file on his site:

Cyclopes had a UTI last year. Make sure they do test your babies blood for crystals. My vet put him on special food that help to break down crystals from building and causing more infection...I kept him on the food for 6 months and then took him off cause it had bad fillers/by products..I also gave him cranberry juice(organic) from a medicine dropper 3xs weekly..He has not had a problem since. Hope some of this helps and your baby gets better!

I know you said he will only eat dry food. But maybe if you could try some really good and smelly wet food you could try to get him used to it a little at a time? It's supposed to be better for cats with chronic UTI's and urinary crystals. You could even try introducing wet food to him by putting a little warm water in his dry food. One recommendation I would give is trying Innova Evo canned food. It's pretty much pure meat. My male Persian, who has always been a dry food eater, is now gobbling the canned Evo up! It may be worth a try.
