Are you talking about her incision? It is going to be a little red and may get a little more red in the first few days after the surgery.

The red line is the incision and it looks great! I'm not sure what the green line is.

A tattoo - to help identify that she has been spayed. It’s green as that’s not a “natural” cat color.

Okay I know I posted a few days ago but my cats incision looks like this and honestly I’m lost yes I’m new to cat owning and I need all the help I can get so is this okay

It looks normal.
Is it leaking, does it have a foul odor coming from the incision?

Are you asking about the blue color? I think that's the glue that some vets use instead of sutures.

Which part looks concerning to you? The green bit is a tattoo, and, yeah, tattoos do get a bit crusty after a few days, that should clear up soon. It will always stay green---that's so if she ever escapes and ends up at the vet to be spayed, they won't have to open her up again, they'll see the spay tattoo and know she's already done.

The actual incision looks ok to me, but of course there are things that can only be seen in person. Are there any red streaks? Any pus, bad smell, icky discharge? If not, it should be ok. But if anything seems worrisome, don't hesitate to call the vet, maybe email them a picture.
