Is there a way to find out what agent has sold the most in the last year? Or what company has the best sales record?
Before I picked my last agent I had called another one. She came and gave me her very formal and extensive sales pitch. Offered some sharp criticism on the state of my housekeeping and told me about her great record. She might be a great agent but I was not comfortable with her.
Then I met the agent that had been recommended. He pitch was short and to the point. No criticism no blowing of her own horn. I signed that day.
Maybe you just need to talk to one or two and see how you feel about them.
