Feeling good since last nonth's colon surgery. Still have kind of a dull ache at the surgery site, but it's to be expected after 28 staples and losing 60% of my colon. But doing pretty good - I've lost a total of 23 lbs which is good. My appetite is back, but I fill up much faster and therefore eat a lot less -- that's good, hope to keep it steady and may lose another 5 or so lbs.
