Unable to enter the # of Stars on a food review. Suggestions?

Are you using the desktop version of the site and a mouse? I just checked with both, and it's working. Other people have posted reviews in the past 12 hours and have given stars. Sometimes you have to run your mouse over the stars two or three times before you can award the right number of stars.
