I would LOVE to come too!!!
I am not really in the center of UK, as I am in Iceland
but we have a low cost airline that sometime has really good deals to London, and now Brittish Airways are starting to fly to Iceland as well. The down side it that we never now in much advance then the good deal will come, and I am in a terrible situation now moneywise, wich is driving me crazy, but thats another story....
Or, as I know you all would be devastated without me, you could just all "help" me to get to you
I would be a bit of a journey, but wow, how I really would like to meet you!!!
Or........... you could all come to Iceland! I would be happy to show you around!

I'm near Manchester. Leeds is easy for me to get to, there is a direct train there. No plans at all so far this year, so anytime is fine (God, that makes me sound so boring!!)

Do " Easy Jet " not fly from your country?!, because their a lot cheaper that British Airways.

No, Easy Jet does not fly to Iceland, but British Airways have some special deal now at the beginning of their flight to Iceland....I think its about 65 pounds each way (and then the taxes, I think). The Icelandic low cost airline sometimes has special prizes, that are only for a few seats and sell out in minutes, but they have been under 50 pounds each way, including taxes. (They only fly to Standstead, I dont know where British Airways fly to).Originally Posted by rosiemac

I would be so more than up to fly and then take a train to meet you....I wont even be working most of the summer, it´s just the lack of money that is driving me nuts.

Well, yeah, I thought I'd bring this back to the surface as we really do need to decide on a date so we can make sure we get as many people as possible - plus the cheapy tickets!!
