Where do I get ground ginger? Sounds yummy by itself. My grandparent's used to make ginger tea just from boiling ginger root for a really long time + honey, but it was pretty spicy.Originally Posted by catsknowme
Also, for the current queasiness, try sipping some ginger water (about 1/4 tsp. ground ginger in a mug of hot water with some raw sugar added - sip only a tiny bit at a time - works wonders).
powdered ginger can be found w/the other spices [like cinnamon, pepper] at the grocery store.Originally Posted by Lemur 6

He gave me prescriptions for 800mg Ibuprofen and some vicodin. The vicodin I'm only supposed to take if the pain becomes unbearable, and the last couple times I've taken it, I felt horrible afterward. It does get rid of the pain though, but the medicine head and the lightheadedness I get from it is almost not worth it.Originally Posted by strange_wings
Did your dentist not offer any painkillers? I can't imagine at least not having a small prescription for a few days.Does acetaminophen (tylenol) help any?
Save it for bedtime then?Originally Posted by Lemur 6
