Two cats

Hi i have two cats but one is a kitten and the other one is 7 months old the kitten tries to scratch the older cat. And they chase each other around the house their both females. The kitten is about a month old is this a bad sign? I'm trying to get them use to each other and another thing should i buy another litter box for the kitten or no? Please someone respond if you can help

It's pretty normal for cats to chase eachother around while they are playing...cats are sometimes rough when they are playing with eachother...keep an eye out for hissing or growling with would indicate that all is not well.

It is a good idea to get your kitten it's own litterbox. In time they may choose to use the same one. I find that non clumping litter is best for small kittens.
