I just love the look on Mittens face here. I want to hug her.
Your kitties are adorable! Cute names too.
Nutter is a Tiger-Tux I guess.
Here he is with Goober - this time his "Dress Shirt" is showing a little.
That cover we made for the Kitty Shelf lasted about a week before they discovered how FUN it is to tear it up.
ThanksI love the expression on Boo and Cookie's faces. They look so relaxed. Are they mellow kitties?
Now I can add Nutter Butter to the list of cats I wish I could hug. He's a cutie.
Cats are like potato chips...no one can have just one! Thanks
Yes, Cookie & Boo are pretty mellow, except for when we break out the laser pointer!
Boo especially goes bananas for it.
Nutter was a lucky little guy...
One of my borderline psychotic neighbors had trapped him, but at least had the decency to call and ask me
if I was missing a cat. Naturally I said "Yes" as I didn't want (whoever this kitty was) to suffer the wrath of this guy.
I was so surprised to see him in the cage - he was the sweetest Kitty ever!
For a week or 2 he stayed in the garage and slowly began to make friends with the Ferals,
and some of the nicer human neighbors. He seemed to know not to go back to the house that trapped him.
But he loved us SOOO much... when we would arrive home from work, he would literally run down the driveway
and jump on the hood of our cars before we even stopped moving!
It was cute, but we were concerned that he might try that with other cars.
We ended up bringing him inside to socialize him for adoption,
but my Wife (who had set a limit of 5 indoor Kitties) knew how much I loved him,
so on Christmas Day, she said I could keep him!
That put us at 6...
since then, she realized that she can't live without 2 of the Fosters we took in when they were abandoned at 2 days old.
They were at 9 months and had been going to adoption events every weekend for several months
when she decided that she had to keep them. Now we are at 8 indoor resident Kitties!
That is OK - we love them all dearly!
Awww...Nutter is meatloafin'That is "Little Little" (Little One's Aunt) and "Little Too" (Little One's Mom) on the right.
They have had their Vet visits and surgeries now, so perhaps my Feral / Garden Kitty collection will remain stable for awhile.
Oh my, this looks like my Ulysses when I got himHe's already gone. That was last year. He came in sickly and probably wouldn't have lasted much more than the weekend. This was when we first brought him home:
We got him to the condition you saw in the previous photo and video and took him back to the shelter. He was adopted within a day or two, and went to a home where he had a bigger cat and a doggy to play with (annoy).
