I just signed up for Premium Membership so I can turn off the advertising. But, how do I turn it off as it still appears?

Turning off advertising

Go to your User CP (top left) ---> Edit Options --->Advertisements (at the very bottom of the options page). Check "No advertising displayed".
It could take a day or so for the changes to take effect, as the site has the hiccups at the moment.
