I never knew cats could(or would) make those types of sounds until I became a cat owner myself.Alley has been chirping and trilling for quite some time now;sometimes a long pronounced one and sometimes a short abbrieviated one.Very cute! She usually uses these sounds when she is excited or otherwise "revved up".I find these little noises fascinating and a welcome change from her regular vocabulary.
