I've posted this just for the heck of it. The first is a view of Towneley Park from my bedroom window. The trees at the top of the picture are hiding the hall from view but behind them, about a mile away, is Towneley Hall. It's a council run art gallery and museum and dates from the 14th century with bits and pieces having been added on over those years. It has a priest hidey hole and a painting of my great uncle who won the Victoria Cross in the first world war. I'm quite proud of that as I can pretend I have braveness coursing through my veins.
