Well, looks like I can no longer say "i'm too old to have kids" anymore! LOL!! My cousin who is now 42 (a year and a half older than I) is pregnant with TWINS!
I am not sure what age you are speaking about about I tend to disagree about the vogue statement. It has a lot less to do with being "in style" and more to do with being smart. LOL! More educated countries as a whole tend to have children later in life (and less children). People put their relationships, educational, and career goals first before having children. Many times this is economically better for the children and the family as a whole. They are not rushing into things and are finding ways to be able to afford a good place to live and at least one have a good stable career and insurance, etc.Originally Posted by Natalie_ca
I do think that there is a point when you are too old to have kids even if physically nature is still allowing you to.
I know it's vogue for people to have kids now later in life but I thnk it's unfair to the kids because older parents tend to not be as physically active with the kids as younger ones are. Not to mention the fact that the parents will probably die while the kids are still relatively youngish.
