My special talent or should I say "freak show" is hard to describe so you need to try it with me. Put your arm out on the table with your palm facing down on the table. Now twist your palm outward and turn it 180 degrees until it touches the table again without moving your body - just your arm

I can do both hands at once. I have to admit I am getting rusty in my old age I assume I am able to do this because I am double - jointed?
