Read about the bad storms you're having.
Hope you and your four-legged friends are safe.

ENGLAND... LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY!
I'm in the North. It's been windy, but no where near as bad as some of my friends in the South.

One friend posted a few pictures of her street this morning with a huge tree in the middle of the road. And another was on  her way to work this morning when part of a tree hit the front of her car.  At that point the police were up ahead turning cars back so she's at home now.

Here's a couple of pictures from my friends street

Oh, wow, that must have been some storm. 99 mph winds in some places I hear.
Thanks for letting us know you're OK.

Hi Ritz, thanks for asking how we are here in the UK, I live near to the Welsh boarder about an hour away from Birmingham and we were lucky that the storm didn't really affect our area too much. We had some strong winds and some heavy rain but nothing as bad as the south of England.

Interestingly, exactly one year ago the east coast was getting hit hard by Superstorm Sandy.
