Well, I've posted more pics of my kittens in the Fur Pics section... just so your know for reference.
Anyway, a member mentioned they look ticked now, and I was thinking the same thing. Daddy is not ticked, and mom is solid grey with ghost tabby markings. Seeing as how 5/6 are looking ticked right now, I am wondering how it happened... is it dominant, or exactly how do the genetics work on this one?
Secondly, I was wondering about how ticked tabbies are born. My cream ones were all born light cream, no grey or brown ANYWHERE. I looked online, and the young ticked tabby kitten pics did not look like mine did that young.. they had variations in their coloring more than mine did. And as you all know, they darkened as they got older. Two of them still have blue eyes. What's up with all this?
