Those of you with pregnant cats.. does this look similar to yours?

Hi all.
I hope this is the right place to post this. I know you aren’t vets and can’t say 100 percent and I do have her appointment booked. I’m just concerned on how to take care of her until then.
she may need a different food etc. She’s eating less and needing it spread out and not at once.
she’s affectionate and follows me around farting under my legs and has actually knocked me off the steps accidently while running under my legs. She obsessively follows. She’s also going up on top of cabinets and sleeping there.

I adopted this kitty and am concerned about her. She mated when a huge male cat came inside via window requiring climbing even.. came home to see it happening and then he bolted and came back this time using a cat door that leads to a fenced yard where he climbs over by using a tree! I guess her loud trilling at the window was too much.
He was only on her for a second before I scared him off the first time.

I was positive she was pregnant guessed about 3-4 weeks but I am not sure now.
she was in heat near the end of may. I have not seen that behavior again. She started doing the trilling pur meow thing again but isn’t low crawling or etc. she’s also been laying with her tummy exposed when being lovey with me and paws drawn up. She doesn’t like her tummy touched now or being picked up. She seems to have some weird fat saddle bag near the end of her belly toward her privates. Maybe the uterus area. Any advice welcome. I will be getting her fixed ASAP and was told she was when I took her in but she wasn’t. I just want her happy and healthy.
here is a photo. Did your cat have similar nipples or much pinker? They are usually white. She hasn’t gotten big but has always been small and thin even though she eats and is healthy. She usually weighs nothing but now she’s heavy at the belly like she’s full but no bulge on her sides like google photos show.

All cats have what is called a primordial pouch under their belly near their hind legs. It is more evident in cats who have had litters, been spayed, or are overweight. This “saggy belly” exists to protect their internal organs and to allow the hind legs to stretch out fully when running. For cats in the wild it stored fat if they could not find food for several days and allowed them to run fast from predators.

When is your vet appointment? How old is your cat? Do you know if she’s had a previous litter? How long have you had her?

She does not look pregnant; however, she may be carrying a single kitten or two. Otherwise, nipples can pink up during the estrus cycle known as heat.

Your vet can do an x-ray to see if she is carrying kittens. If she is not, please get her spayed ASAP. In the meantime, close off access for the male cat to get to her.

Let us know what your vet says.

Those look like normal nipples to me...but as Sarthur2 said, it could just be one kitten. Do you know her heat cycle? For instance, if she goes into heat once every two weeks, it has now been almost two months since she went into heat, and she should be ready to give birth in a few weeks. Maybe it is a false pregnancy and the act of mating just knocked her out of heat for a little?
