Hello[emoji]128522[/emoji]
Question for anyone with experience with a cat whose third eyelid is showing.
My darling peaches has had this issue for a while now. At first I thought it was just because she was dehydrated when she first came to us. It's not always showing so it puzzles me.
We took her to the vet and she is perfectly healthy otherwise. Weight is good, no infections, she just got her second dose of dewormer. The only thing the vet suggested is L-lysine(sp?) added to her food. She said it may help, but because it comes and goes(mostly seen after she's had hers eyes shut) that it might just be slow reflexes?
Anyone encounter this issue with their cat?
She was just sleeping so this is what it looks like right when she opens her eyes. It does eventually go down after she's been awake awhile.
