Wow that is exciting! Keep us updated, and if you can post pics, maybe it will turn out to be a siamese if its white. How cool. Is she havinng a hard time at all?
She's doing very well... still at one, she's cleaning him/her up... since I don't have a digital camera, I have our video camera charging... it takes still frames as well as video. The baby is TINY!
and #5 popped out before the Calico was even all the way out! This one's either a black/white or a Tortie... won't know for sure till she/he's cleaned up
After a very long night, five is our final total. Of course, I got almost no sleep! But mom and babies are all doing great this morning. Now that I've got a little time, I can give everyone the play-by-play, lol.
Sasha meowed and cried ALLLLLLLLLL day yesterday, she followed me around and sat on me and refused to let me stop petting her. Around 10:30 or so she was in her cage and John and I were playing dominoes. She meowed very loudly (unlike her), so I got up to check on her. The first baby was almost out... that was 10:40. She had the first three all white babies exactly every 40 minutes. It was about 45 minutes and number four started to appear... the Calico. It was after midnight then, so the last two have a different birthday than the others. The Calico was out of her sac and out of momma, but Sasha hadn't cut the cord yet, she had barely started cleaning her when number 5 just burst out... caught me off guard and seemed to surprise Sasha. After 5 was dried off, it was found out that he/she is a grey/white Tabby. It's funny because while we were waiting after the first 3, I told my boyfriend... "I'm kind of surprised they're all white, I kind of hope we'll end up with an oddball"... and out popped the Calico, lol.
I took some video with our video camera and it can be cut into still frames for pictures, but I can't find the cord to plug it into the computer. So, I'll hunt for the cord and post pictures later... I'll probably take pictures with my cell phone first just to hold you all over!
But for now, I'm going to go take a nap!
