I have 7yr old cat that lives indoor/outdoor life

I feed him blue buffulo wilderness with chicken dry food mature now

the cats I have seen

they lived in middle of forest life with many aniamls like coyotes, hawks, raccoons, feild mice, garden snakes, sparrows, brown doves, and blue jays possums, I beilved skunks, squirrels, shrews, and groundhog

though living in the forest their is very big neighborhood that has big hills

so these cats are feral or street cats

their are the cats that lived indoor/outdoor life too just liek mine but I Gert scared for my cat safety

but I was wondering can I feed the other cats

Do you want to try to tame them and get them neutered or spayed?

As long as there are no local laws about feeding them, you could. Make sure to give them fresh water everyday too. We usually recommend that you get them spayed or neutered though, because if you are feeding them, they multiply really fast and you could end up with 40 cats in a short time.

Sure, you could feed him and try to tame him outside. I did that with my male cat. Then you could bring him to get neutered once you can get him in a carrier or trap.

Well, you could keep him as an outdoor cat then. Ferals are happiest outdoors anyway. Mine would rather be outside, but I want him inside with me.

If you feed it fix it. Many animal protection shelters will help you trap and alter feral cats safely. Check the local humane society.
