There may be Jayme, Jackson, and .... Another kitty by the name of Tucker...
I have ALOT OF concerns as far as getting another kitty, who wont even be ours...let me explain...
My boyfriend's sister is leaving for Switzerland in September. She is planning on going for 6months, but who knows, she may really enjoy it and stay! Tucker was originally supposed to stay with he boyfriend, but they recently broke up!
So she had asked us if we would take Tucker! Here are my concerns...
Money is not a problem, She will pay for his yearly shots this year before she leaves...Now as far as any other medical expenses go (If an accident happened) I have not fully discussed this with her yet!
Tucker has all of his shots (And needs yearly shots) and he is also neutered. So thats great!
He's roughly 8months old (Still a babes) and does no recieve a TON of attention at his current home as she works alot. So from what we know, Tucker gets frusterated and will tear up the carpet and spill his food and water bowls. (Please understand we live in a Small basement suite) My main concern is getting attached to Tucker and have my boyfriends sister come back and want him back, I do not only worry about me, I also worry about Jackson. I would hate for him to go through some sot of depression as I have heard cats do this when they have been around another animal for ANY period of time.
WE WILL NOT TAKE TUCKER IF JACKSON AND HIM DO NO GET ALONG!!!!
Jackson is our FIRST priority!
Iam just really scared to take on another animal...
Any information or comments would be GREATLY appreciated.
Iam feeling very overwhelmed with the whole situation!
Thank-you for taking time an reading this post!
