The weirdest thing....

It was most probably one of the cats, either accidentally, or deliberately. Our button freak was bored today because the two of us were shelling peas, and not paying attention to his majesty, so he walked over to the stove, stretched up, and turned the oven light on.

If it becomes a habit, flip the circuit breaker when you're not home. Ours is conveniently right above the stove, so I turn off the power to it when nobody but Mr. Button Fan is home.

At least he's not mesmerized by flushing toilets.

It was so weird though, it was exactly on 350*... I never knew they could turn knobs!

Its all one knob... off- low- then the temps - broil. I wonder if there is a cap or anything I can get to put over them?
