Cathi, the picture is wonderful. Up to 20 lbs.? Is that canned, or dry, or both? Our neighbor's cat won a year's supply of Hill's diet dry a few years ago, after dropping about 1/3 of her body weight in a year's time. She's maintained 21 -22 lbs. for about three years now, and is still overweight, but no longer hugely fat. (No, I'm not joking; I thought she'd make the Guinness Book of World Records, but there have been fatter cats, unfortunately). There's an annual "Hill's Science Diet Light" contest here, and the canine and feline winners and runners-up get their pictures in pet magazines, and a year's supply of food. It has certainly worked for Putzi!
I think anyone can sign their cats up for those contest. It can't hurt to try anyway and you might just win something tooOriginally Posted by fwan
