There is nothing like the feeling I get when one of my kitties chooses to come lie on my tummy or leg or shoulder. SOMETHING loves me so much that they want to be close to me.

Here's my spin on a life's lesson.

Be very careful what you wish for because you might get it. I had wished for someone to wake my lazy behind up for work in the morning since I sometimes sleep through the electric alarm clock A couple months later, I got my kitten, Izzie. She wakes me up every single morning by 6:30 am with a loud meeeooow in my face!!

Sometimes the best things in life do come in small furry packages.

Ahh what a lovely day here in Perth! It's raining and windy and cold and overcast and I can't wait to finish work, get home, change my sheets and pop the electric blanket on the bed, get into my jarmies and curl up in front of the telly with a good book and a kitty or three!
