Of course, tissue paper is the best gift of all. Mine all love attacking any toys that get lost in it.

I'm so shocked! This morning when I went downstairs, I noticed the catnip banana--mind you not even 24 hours in Spot's possession--was already wounded! He had ripped the side open and pulled some catnip out. But not to worry, I sewed it back up. But that shows he loves it!

Another gift arrived! I'm going to try to pick it up on Saturday from my dad's!

I can't believe my SS sent more pressies! SS, is it something that I need to open right away???

My dad was impressed with "lots of white cats on all sides" and he said it says "for Nova." My dad rarely ever calls me, but he called to tell me about the package. Sometimes, I ask him to open my mail for me to see if it's urgent- I think he wanted me to tell him that he could open my gift!!!!

I got another present from my SS today! Well, it actually arrived yesterday, but I didn't pick it up until this afternoon.

The present was a book - Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat who Touched the World, about a kitten who was found in the drop off chute at a library in a small town in Iowa. There's a story about it here - http://features.csmonitor.com/books/...hed-the-world/

I'm 2 chapters in already - I was going to post that I'd received it first, but the draw of the book was too much

And to make the gift even more personal, it's set in the same state that my SS is from - lookingglass!! The book came with a really nice note

So I was trying to be a "good" darksider by telling DH that since we were already running late for work this morning, that we should just go ahead and stop by the post office. Yeah, so he didn't buy it. :/

I have one clue...the package slip said it was from Alberta, ON.

Oops how embarrassing... I was reading my book last night, and I read "Iowa", and I thought "what??, that's not where lookingglass is from!".

For some reason I read Iowa and thought Ohio.

I got my Sercert Santa box!! And yes I opened it! I had to on the box it said candy! I could't leave it to melt,now could I?

And not only that a ton of stuff,wonderful green slippers,called,cozies with little bumps that make my feet feel good.,foot cream,now how did you know I had bad dry feet? Two Canadian books,catnip,cat toys,which made my cats go nuts!

breast cancer pin ,a beautful glass christmas orament,and a mouse one!oh a lot more,And I love it all!!!!!!!!!! Thank you my Canadian santa!!
Now I have to find out who it was!!

I got a package today from Secret Santa. But....... I have to go to the dentist in a few minutes to see if I need a root canal.

I'm charging the batteries so pictures should be ready tonight when I open them.

The picture of Isaac is beyond adorable - that was obviously the perfect "Get Well Soon" gift.
